Damaged & Immovable Shortcut
Hi, everybody.
I have a shortcut on my taskbar that got badly damaged when I tried to remove permissions. So bad in fact I cannot use it, delete it or even move it. When I try I get "you'll need administrators permission..." etc.
In desperation I removed all permissions in the hope that just my name might work. (As is the name I sign in under) Now it's just a scar...!! Even it's icon has gone...!
I'm on Windows 10 Pro with the latest Area 51 Alienware...
Can anyone help me please...?

Why am I getting a message "Yahoo!Mail password is incorrect" on my Lumia mobile phone when I sync emails?
My emails have worked perfectly well for a couple of years on my Lumia phone but the last week I've been unable to access for up to 12 hours at a time and then suddenly they start working again. Message I'm getting is "Yahoo!Mail password is incorrect" when I try to sync. I know the password so that's not the issue. I have access to them from my PC without any issues so why is this happening now, any ideas?

Tenho um servidor dedicado contratado e infelizmente estou passando por alguns problemas junto ao Hotmail / Outlook, os e-mails enviados estão caindo no Lixo eletrônico de todos os destinarários que possuem os endereços com final @hotmail e @outlook.
Entrei em contato com o suporte do meu host e fui informado que o serviço está operando normalmente, inclusive verifique que o IP do meu servidor não encontra-se listado em blacklist. Caso queiram verificar, abaixo os IPs:

209.239.112.0/20
Peço encarecidamente a ajuda e uma possível solução para o problema enfrentado.

Lost 365 admin email and password
Am acting for a client who has taken over another company.
There was no handover. Client does not know the Office 365 Admin email nor password nor even who their reseller is.
How can I begin to recover the situation? It is holding up development as I cannot create accounts for new staff members.
Obviously I can supply the domain name and recent payment details (money is still deduced from client account).
I did speak to MS support but they seemed unable to understand the problem!

OneDrive storage promo tactics
MS is doing a good job of pushing folks away with their expiring promo storage tactics.
The way to attract would be to say: 'Hey, the promo storage you have will be made free to you since storage has become cheap now, enjoy!'Then go forward with '... if you'd like to secure more storage for a reasonable price...'
I'm just downloading what I need to get under the measly 15gb.
Stop trying to make a few bucks from prom storage, it doesn't become MS.

No "Root Folder Path" in Outlook 2016
We have a user that is unable to see ALL of his emails in his inbox. He's able to see 7 random emails but that's about it.
I wanted to try the "INBOX" folder specification in the root folder path, but I can't seem to find it. In all of the tutorials I saw they all show a different input box than what I get.

Personenkontakte im Handy verschwunden
Sehr geehrte Community,
Ich habe ein Problem mit meinen Telefonkontakten.
Seit gestern Nachmittag (07.12.2017) sind fast alle gespeicherten Kontakte aus meinem Handy verschwunden. Online kann ich sie noch sehen, aber egal was ich probiere, Das Handy scheint die Kontakte nicht mehr übermittelt zu bekommen. Das gleiche hatte ich schon einmal Anfang November infolge eines Updates. Da funktionierten allerdings die meisten Apps von mir nicht mehr. Nach einem halben Tag und einer Nacht hatte sich das Problem aber selbst behoben. Nun sind seit gestern allerdings meine Kontakte wieder weg. Sowohl auf meinem PC als auch auf meinem Windows Lumia 535. Auf meinem Konto im Internet stehen sie allerdings noch.
Ich habe schon mehrmals versucht mein Konto zu synkronisieren, ohne Erfolg.
Dann hab ich meine Kontoverknüpfung auf meinem Handy mehrmals gelöscht und wieder neu erstellt. Allerdings auch ohne Erfolg. Es ist dazu zu sagen, dass beim Neuerstellen geschrieben stand, dass man den Pin erneut eingeben soll. Diese Funkion schien aber nicht richtig zu funktionieren, da das Handy kein Screen zum eintippen darstellte.
Des Weiteren hab ich mein Handy auch mehrmals schon neu gestartet und auch über Stunden angeschaltet in Ruhe gelassen, in der Hoffnung, dass es Updates eventuell noch macht. Allerdings war dies auch nichts erfolgsbringendes. Wenn ich manuell nach Updates suche, findet es auch nichts, sowohl im Store als auch im "Handyupdate".
Nun ist meine Frage, was kann das sein, bzw. wie kann ich meine Kontakte wieder auf mein Handy bekommen ohne jeden Kontakt einzeln neu eintippen zu müssen?
Zu meinem Konto, ich habe eins bei Outlook.com und auf meinem Handy Windows 10.
Ich würde mich mich freuen, wenn mir jemand für diesen Fall eine Lösung geben könnte.

Problema dopo ripristino
Buongiorno
Ho cercato di ripristinare il computer a le impostazioni di fabbrica ma non è andato a buon fine e si è bloccato al 54%.
Schiacciato annulla il computer si riaccende e rimane bloccato sulla schermata HP non riesco a entrare in Windows.

Conta de usuário substituída após fall creators.
Eu estou usando o Windows 10, quando eu atualizo para a versão Fall Creators, a minha conta de usuário é substituída por outra que não contém nenhum dos meus arquivos e configurações, eu preciso entrar na conta de usuário da minha irmã, excluir a conta
de usuário que está sem meus arquivos e voltar para a versão anterior do windows. A pasta de arquivos da minha conta normal continua em C:\Users porém a conta nova usa uma pasta diferente dela.

Windows Upgrade failing 0x8007001f - Win update broken KB4049411 / KB4033631
(Sorry for huge post, but wanted to be complete)
The windows update agent is trying to upgrade my PC but keeps failing.
System : Win 10 x64 1607 (14393.222)
GTX 770
Ends with : Something went wrong
Error code: 0x8007001f
contact MS support
I dont see any logs for the Upgrader, so no idea what went wrong.

I tried to do manual windows update and it appears to try and install KB4049411 and KB4033631 over and over again.
Yet in the list of installed updates, they are both showing Installed.
Update history is just full of these two being installed over and over.
Had to screenshot to get them as its so fast...

It keeps finding pending updates and fixing them (no details on what). Run it again, it finds the same problem and "fixes" them.
I tried a clean boot - same issues.

Troubleshoot Audio Driver:
This seems fine, although at the end it detects "generic audio driver"
They are Microsoft drivers, cannot imagine this being the issue ? I will try finding right Realtek ones later and see if does anything

Windows 10 activation
My windows 10 pro was activated until I changed one of my hard drives due to a failure (it is broken)
Now my windows don't recognize my version as genuine and I don't know what to do to activate it.

Right Click scrolling no longer works in OpenTTD game after Windows 10 Fall Update
My PC updated to the Windows 10 Fall update last night, and since then whilst playing OpenTTD I have been unable to scroll the map by holding down the right mouse button and dragging. This is mildly infuriating as I have used this right click function since the game was originally released in 1994.
Can anyone help restore this function? (and why did it need to change?)

tela azul após a atualização
Meu Windows 10 baixou e instalou uma atualização para o próprio sistema operacional em 1 de dezembro de 2017 e depois disso meu notebook começou a apresentar problema de tela azul com código de parada: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED.
Isso ocorre de maneira inesperada quando estou usando o notebook, repentinamente o Windows trava com a tela azul afirmando que vai reiniciar. Esse problema já está me causando complicações como perda de arquivos abertos e aplicativos que não funcionam mais como o Firefox.
obs.: meu notebook é o Acer Aspire E 15 E5-573G-74Q5
