Focused Inbox not automatically filtering mail
Hi,
I have two Office365 Business accounts, different domains on the same tenant. Both a couple of months ago got Focused Inbox. For some time the filtering worked great. Then, all of a sudden, it basically stopped on one of the accounts.
On one of the accounts now, Focused Inbox shows on OWA and Android App, but, mail is not automatically filtered in unless I've moved it and checked the "always move from this sender option." It behaves as if something disabled the heuristics or something. I've been moving mail into the "Other" box manually for weeks hoping it would get trained again or something, but there has been no change in behavior.
For my other account--again same tenant--it works great, as always.
What I've tried:
I've disconnected all "apps" (i.e., Android Outlook), turning off and turning on Focused Inbox in the OWA settings for the account, and tried just using OWA for a couple of days to see if there was a difference. The behavior was the same.
Is there a way to "reset" Focused Inbox for the account or else otherwise diagnose the problem? Since I can't go back to Clutter, this has sortof ruined my inbox.

reinicia al intentar, iniciar el Windows se queda cargando con el logo luego pasa a una pantalla oscura cargando y luego la pantalla solo se pone oscura, la pago otra ves el mismo resultado al reiniciarla por 3 ves me salta la pantalla azul diciendo parece
que Windows no se pudo iniciar he intentado muchos metodos para restaurar el sistema y iniciar limpio pero no funciona si alguien tiene la respuesta le agradecería gracias por leer hasta el final

Surface Stift reagiert nicht richtig auf Youtube und Co.
Hallo,
ich habe mir ein Surface Pro 4 mit i5 Prozessor zugelegt und eigentlich bin ich ganz zufrieden, aber wenn ich bestimmte Anwendungen mit meinem Stift erledigen möchte, bricht Google Chrome (meine Standardseite) zusammen.
Diese Anwendungen könnten z.B. aussehen, wenn ich ein Video in Youtube oder ein Link mit dem Stift anklicke. Komischerweise klappt es mit der Hand problemlos, nur mit dem Stift fängt die Seite an zusammen zu brechen.
Hat jemand eine Lösung, oder ist mein Stift defekt?

Skype 8 unable to save photo/video
Hi,
I currently had my Skype updated to the latest one on my Samsung S7 Edge, and it's okay, but one of my major problem is not being able to save the photos and videos sent to me from my long distance boyfriend and overseas relatives, and when it does say it's saved, I can't find it anywhere in my gallery. The old Skype version used to be able to save once I press save on the photo and even has its own Skype folder in my phone, but nothing now... The guaranteed way I have found to save them would be if the other person had to send it to me as a file/document.
Another problem or bug is that I have to forward the photo or video to the same chat box because I can't view it? Or takes a lot longer to load.
What's going on? Am I doing something wrong?

Multi Accounts - cannot join Insider
Hi Insider community - I have spent several hours today trying to become an "Insider" as I need to test some available features for Visio data visualization - I have tried using personal and corporate accounts but cannot get the "become an insider" screen on any of the O2016 programs - Tried to re install a few times using a personal account and that didn't work - I went and checked the corporate account to make sure we were set for first release / current channel and we are - re install and still cannot access "Insider" selection. I am really puzzled on how this can be accessed as I really need to do this testing promised for one of our projects this week. Please help - I just need the latest "Insider" build so I can access the features.
I have 0365 admin rights running E5 on win 10 pro on the corporate side - set for First release / current channel.
Pro Plus 365 on win 10 home (two accounts are showing up) on my home machine.
Do I need to unload office and start over to access?

unable to update 1607 to 1703
Hello,
i'm trying to install Creator's update and unable to... Update Assistance always reports that it does not support update from Windows XP or Vista.
The only OS installed on my Dell Latitude E6440 is Windows 10 Pro ver.1607, licensed and activated, as well as fully patched, but every time i try to install 1703 - the UA will not pass compatibility check.
Tried disabling TrendMicro A/V and no luck.
i was able to install 1703 on other computers w/o any issues.
please advise,

My laptop is stuck on a black screen.
My laptop died when i was doin a update and now i restarted it and its just a black screen with dots circling.its been doin this for hours.it said something before it happend but iv tryed calling windows but all they said was i was missing a os file and
i needed to download it but i cant.and i cant get it to do a factory reset or anything like that.can anyone give me any advice?

windows7で、2017/6/14の定期更新以後、インデックスの作成が終わらない
windows7で、2017/6/14のmicrosoftの定期更新を実施、PCを再起動して、インデックスの作成が動き始めたが、いつもだったら、5分、10分で完了するところが、5時間経っても終わらない。復元操作を適用して、アップデートファイルを取り外したら、再起動以後、1時間程度で、インデックスの作成が終了した。再度、windows7の定期更新ファイルのインストールを実施、再起動、インデックスの作成が動き始めたが、また、1時間以上経っても終わらない。windows7の定期更新ファイルに、エラーがあるのだろうか？

Deleting emails from an inbox
Each time I delete an email from my inbox I get a dialog box that states "The Item has been changed. Still want to delete?" This has just appeared with most of the emails just prior to being deleted after the installation of V 1705 Build 8201.2102.
