Hello, I have the 2013 version of Microsoft Word. I am also using the Window 10 version. At present, I am experiencing difficulties with my Save As option. When I use this option, I am getting the following message, "There are no more files." I started experiencing this issue on Monday, June 12th.

I am using Windows 7 64-bit with both Office 2003 and Office 2010 installed. This has been working fine for years. All of a sudden this morning when I attempt to open Office files, they open in Office 2003. This has never happened before. I tried resetting the default program. It just acts like it changes to Office 2010, but still opens in 2003. If I go back to set the default program again, it still has Office 2003 selected, no matter how many times I reset the default.
Additionally, if I right click on the file in Windows Explorer and choose Office 2010, I get the message "C:\...\filename.xls is not a valid Win32 application." I can open Excel 2010 and then the open the file. Unfortunately, when I open it that way it does not display all the open windows across the taskbar. I have to go into options and turn that OFF and then back ON to get both sheets (windows) to display on the taskbar so that I can Alt+Tab between them. Note: I selected Excel in the Topic drop down for this issue, but it appears to be happening with all Office files.

I'm working on Office 365, powerpoint 15.35 version and still have the bug:
The image part with relationship ID rId2 was not found in the file.
It's going to be a real a solution to this, soon? Otherwise I think it's better move to keynote or whatever and not risk your work and time for what seems to be a irresoluble issue. I've seen complains of this bug since 2014.

If a Shared Mailbox is created and a calendar invite is made, is attendance tracking on the Shared Mailbox available for view? I have a case where an invite is send on behalf of and more tracking purposes, the attendance is blank or not available.

I'm trying to determine what is the point of Windows Hello if a PIN is required regardless, upon facial recognition, and face recognition may be skipped altogether with a keystroke.
Is there any way of actually setting up a biometric login so that it functions sensibly; so that a PIN is not required, or that a request for PIN cannot be obtained without proper facial recognition?
Any information is greatly appreciated
After installing the latest windows updates, some websites will not load. I've read several posts and tried things they've said and nothing has worked. Here is what the message looks like:

I have a similar problem with the screen not blanking, except it doesn't blank at all for me. Also the screensaver is NOT starting at all, it does work if you use preview, so there is not a problem with the actual screensaver, but an underlying problem with it being triggered. For me this problem just appeared in Build 16215. It was working perfectly in Build 16193.
I have tried resetting ALL power plans back to their default settings and it doesn't help.
I have tried Disabling Fast Boot and it didn't help.

I understand the need to have security updates, but if Microsoft is going to force my computer from sleep and then reboot itself while I'm away, you need to either:
1) Save the state of my open apps so I don't lose my work that isn't saved. *
2) Work with app developers to make it so when a restart is triggered by an update, all apps save a version of the file
3) If update wakes from sleep and detects some open apps without saved files, then go back to sleep and when the user initiates the next wake, let them know a restart is going to happen and give them some time (maybe a non-negotiable 30min) to save and close before restarting.
4) What ever else you can do to keep me from wanting to punch a hole through my screen the next morning because of some file I forgot to save at 1am while working late and now is lost for ever because of your update system. ;)
Before anyone jumps to conclusions keep in mind that some of us have a lot of work going on with many projects all at once. It's therefore REALLY easy to forget to save the latest version of a file on everything. 1 word document shame on you. 23 docs open in 6 different programs...well...
Yes, I could save and shut down every night, but considering I do graphics/3D work and sometimes just opening files takes 10+ minutes for each one, I'd rather have the computer sleep, and then have my work ready where I left it the next day.

After I received this Notebook from HP Repair Center, which the motherboard was replaced, I do not get PROGRAMS AND FEATURES in the START LIST of Windows 10.
I had it before I received this computer from the HP Repair Center.

I am trying to separate an email from my Microsoft Account and I'm having difficulties. The problem is that I used my brother's email to create my xbox live account and he used mine (we were very young and kind of confused). I want to make my email the email for the Microsoft account but when I followed the steps to create an alias and make it the primary email it replaced his outlook.com settings as well. It said that if I remove his email from the account it would delete his email completely. Is there anyway to disassociate his email from my Microsoft Account without deleting his Outlook.com email?
