Boa tarde Equipe Microsoft
no inicio do Skype migrei minha conta live messenger para o skype, porem não consigo realizar chamadas de video mesmo com o computador dentro dos requisitos, qual procedimento para sanar este problema? terei que encerrar a conta do mensseger e abrir uma nova conta Skype?

Microsoft Publisher crashes, wont recover without a restart of the system.
The love I have for this new fancy system is less than underwhelming.
The latest problem (I have major bugs and system failures on a day to day basis).
Cutting and pasting in Microsoft Publisher. (XP version)
I am cutting/pasting text, usually out of Outlook. (2016)
It is text, just text, although Outlook usually brings over font data whether you want it to or not.
I can copy and paste just fine once.
The next time I try to copy and paste it will lock up Publisher and I will have to restart in order to copy and paste again. (Killing and restarting task has no effect, I have to completely restart the computer).
I am copy and pasting via keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl-C/V).
The crash of publisher also has detrimental effects on Outlook, although it will take a bit to quantify exactly what the effects are, seems to wipe out the ability to display the list of mailbox folders.
The processes I am working with should not be that intensive, and there should not be much cross over. The total amount of text I am cutting and pasting is in the range of 25-100 characters.

Lumia 735 SD cifrada
Buenas, he tenido un problema con mi Lumia 735 y tuve que hacer un hard reset ya que el mismo se quedo en un loop entre el logo de Nokia, el logo de Windows y se apagaba. Entonces después de restablecer el dispositivo note que no detectaba mi tarjeta de
memoria y al conectarla a la computadora, me pedía una llave USB de BitLocker. No me deja acceder a los archivos ni formatearla. Si sirve de ayuda la tarjeta era una Lexar High-Performance 300x UHS-I de 32gb. Saludos!

Outlook for Mac latest version doesn't sync Gmail
I have Office for Mac on two computers, a MacBookPro and an iMac, and have noticed that on the MBP, which has v15.32 (170608) my Gmail accounts no longer sync. When I go into preferences and look at my two Gmail accounts, their names are appended with"(Preview)" for some reason, while on my iMac, running v15.32 (170309) they look normal, and are set up as IMAP accounts. I tried removing the accounts from the MBP and reinstalling them, and found that I no longer am given an opportunity to input my password
or other information, and after reading up on troubleshooting the problem I made sure that I have two-step verification activated (check) and that I have an app-specific password for Outlook (check), though at no point am I given a chance to give that to the
app. I am about to head off on a two-month trip with the MBP and would love to have this sorted before I go!

HDD wakes up every hour for nothing
Hi,
OS is on a SSD while some data is on an internal HDD.
Since creator's update, every hour my HDD wakes up and then shut down after 5 minutes (although it is set to 1 min in power settings). It starts again exactly 60 min later (including the 5 minutes of spinning). So every 65 minutes, the disk wakes up without
any further activity. It's very annoying, noisy and bad for the drive, and I don't know why it is happening. I did a CCleaner, cleaned up a bit, disabled services such as search indexer, adobe updaters, google drive etc.... I also looked at process monitor,
etc. I can't get any clue about what's happening. It was fine before creator's update. There is nothing important on the drive, just some folders with personal data, not used by the system.
Can somebody help me ? Thanks.

I just installed Visual Basic 2010 express but Online of Offline help is not working. VB is telling me that file is invalid, delete the file and start again, but I don't know where the file is? and how to get help working again. I need help with this

I am working with a large list of employees and their ID numbers. Is there something I can do/create so that I can type their name and the number will pop in so that I am not constantly looking up ID numbers?

Retrieving unsaved work from Word 15.33 (Macbook)
My girlfriend was working on an essay and had a couple different tabs open in her Microsoft Word. She was using the tab that a reference she listed was on, and closed word. A window came up prompting her to save the document and she selected "Don't Save", thinking it was only closing that window or tab, when it really closed the entire program.
She has now lost her 1-page essay. We tried going to look for it in the finder using a couple of different means; however, none of them seemed to lead us anywhere. I am not in the same city as her, so I'm trying to talk to her over the phone through all this.
There has to be a way for Word to have autosaved that document somewhere on her PC, I'm just not able to locate it. Anyone have any suggestions???

can't access my account OR find a customer service rep!
Hi - I have had the same Skype account for a decade. About six months ago, I was prompted to change my password. Since Skype automatically opens on my computer and phone, I never needed to login. About three months ago, I accidentally signed out of Skype and then couldn't remember my password to sign back in. After trying three times to answer all of the questions as best as I could remember them, including last payment, amount of payment, subscriptions, etc., I was permanently locked out. Microsoft Live online support said they couldn't help me because it was a Skype account and they connected me with Skype support. Skype support said they couldn't help me because they no longer have authority. I was stuck in the middle. Since I also have a Hotmail address (even older than the Skype account, 18 years old!), I discovered I also had a Skype account connected to it that I could use. Unfortunately, I cannot get ANYONE to help me cancel the phone number subscription I have with the old Skype account. I've already resigned to the fact that I've lost a decade of Skype contacts (and I work in the field of development internationally, so that is not good), but Skype is still charging me for the phone number I subscribe to. It's so very frustrating because I can't find a way to contact someone who actually works for Microsoft or Skype to cancel my subscription. Does anyone know how to do this if you can't sign in to your account?

Malicious Software Removal Tool in Win10 Home
I am running Windows 10 Home 64bit. I used to run the Malicious Software Removal Tool, but, all of a sudden, it doesn't run any more.
I've downloaded the most up to date version available from the MS website.
I've tried running it as Admin as well.
But, the tool just doesn't run.
Any ideas, please?

Lumia 950XL en Continuum
IK heb met een Lumia 950XL en een relative oude monitor met de nodige adaptors Continuum aan de praat gekregen. Insteken en het bging goed. Helaas ging mijn 1e lumia 950 XL kapot, waterschade. En heb besloten om een nieuwe Lumia950 XL te kopen.
Vanwege de uitstekende camera. Er is tot op dit moment geen camer in smartphone land die 20 megapixels levert met zulke resultaten.
dus kocht ik, een Lumia 950XL, wat een 950XL Dual bleek te zijn. Ook goed, net zo goeie fotos.
Nu wilde ik deze Lumia op precies dezelfde wijze als mijn vorige Lumia aansluiten. Lumia Continuum start, maar verder als verbinden kom ik niet. Ik heb daarna met het display dock de Lumia aangesloten op de TV met de hdmi kabel. Maar ook daar geen resultaat.
Ik heb op een andertalige Community gelezen dat de kwaliteit van de kabel doorslaggevend is. Nu is mijn vraag of er meer mensen zijn die dit probleem herkennen

Windows 10 loopt vast bij de foto tijdens het inloggen
op mijn laptop is het niet meer mogelijk om in te loggen. Hij loopt bij de foto vast. Aanmeldvak verschijnt niet, muis werkt wel. Tijd staat ook in beeld, maar verandert niet meer. Systeemherstel lukt niet, opstartherstel lukt ook niet en opnieuw opstarten
ook niet.
