Issues with Nokia Lumia Icon
I am having 3 different very recent problems with my Nokia Icon.
Contacts : My photos I have linked with my contacts have disappeared except for those with Facebook photos. Also, contacts I had pinned to Start who had been there for over a year and a half disappeared 3 days ago and I had to pin them again.
Calendar: On Oct. 30th my upcoming events were set back a day. (i.e. a meeting on Monday Nov. 7 was now on Sunday, Nov. 6)
Message/Text app: Some messages won't open and instead say "Get media contact now" even if it is only text. When I try to do this, the message changes to "Getting media content...." but it doesn't change. I have a thread that was all text change to this and now nothing will open in that thread.
My phone checks for updates regularly and automatically, running Lumia Denim. I have not made any changes to my phone and I have received no error messages. I have powered the phone off and back on but that doesn't change anything.

最近遇到一個現象
我的螢幕使用Display port 連接顯示卡
在Win7 64bit OS, 開啟任意的Exploe 視窗, 例如檔案總管
使用滑鼠拖曳調整視窗大小, 但是不要是全螢幕.
接著按壓螢幕的電源按鍵, 這時候螢幕畫面會關掉.
接著再按壓一次螢幕的電源按鍵. 這時螢幕畫面重新顯示
這時候原本被調整過的視窗會被移到左上角並且視窗大小也被系統改變
請問是否有朋友可以幫忙解惑? 又這個功能是否可以關閉?

Charging my Lumia 950 xl with lower amperage
I am looking to buy a power bank for my Lumia 950 xl and all the power banks I find have an output of a maximum 2.1 A. Will this cause problem to my phone's battery. The wall charger that came with my phone has an output of 3 A. A friend of mine charged
his Samsung Galaxy S4 with a lower amperage charger and it caused problems to the battery.

Visio 2016 Crash consistantly
Hello,
I've had an ongoing issue with Visio 2016 (Office 365 click to run edition) for a while now. When ever I click on the "Line" drop down menu, Visio reports a crash, stops responding and then restarts.
I've looked at a few solutions, namely, disabling graphics acceleration, running system checker tool and re-registering DLL files. Nothing seems to work.
It's rather frustrating, as when it does it it also resets the settings in visio, not to mention looses everything I work!
Anyone out there come across this?

Rechnungsformular in Excel, Zeilen mit Formeln / Platzhaltern ausblenden
Hallo,
ich habe für einen Bekannten (kleiner Handelsbetrieb) ein Rechnungsformular in Excel entwickelt, das folgende Rechnungsschritte, über Excel-Formeln, automatisch ausführt:
- Positionsnummer, fortlaufend
- Rechnungssumme 1
- Rabatt %
- Rechnungssumme 2
- Gesamtsumme (usw.)
Für die Positionsnummer, die sich automatisch erhöht, wenn eine Lieferposition eingesetzt wird, erscheint ein "Platzhalter" "0", für die Rechnungssumme / Rabattrechnung sind Rechenformeln eingefügt und im jeweiligen Feld steht ein €-Zeichen; und zwar in allen Zeilen des Rechnungsfeldes. Hier eine Bildschirmkopie des RG-Formulars.
Es stört aber, dass die "Platzhalter" bzw. die €-Zeichen in jeder Rechnungsspalte auftauchen, sie sollten nur dann erscheinen, wenn in der Rechnungsspalte ein Artikel / -Menge erscheint. In der Markierung am Ende der Bildschirmkopie zeige ich, wie ich das meine.
Was muss ich machen, damit die Daten nur in den Zeilen auftauchen, in denen Artikel berechnet werden?

Surface Pen stört Display Port
Hallo zusammen,
ich habe ein Surface 4 und benutze bei Unterrichten meist den Wireless Display Port der hin und wieder mal die Verbindung abreißt.
Habe letztens im Unterricht herausgefunden, das dass abreißen der Verbindung scheinbar was mit den Surface Pen zu tun haben muss.
Sobald ich mir einbilde beim Unterricht den Surface Pen zu benutzen reißt die Verbindung zum Beamer komplett ab.
Folge: PowerPoint reagiert nicht mehr, Pen reagiert nicht mehr. Erst nach dem der Pen wieder außer Reichweite ist kann die Verbindung wieder aufgenommen werden. PowerPoint muss neu gestartet werden.
Alle Produkte Original (auch Preislich) Microsoft und trotzdem scheinbar untereinander nicht kompatibel???
wenn ja muss ich mich vll beim nächsten mal doch bei den Kollegen mit dem angebissenen Apfel umschauen.
Was schade wäre, weil ich so eigentlich ziemlich zufrieden bin.
Sehr Peinlich wenn man gerade Unterricht vor über 10 Leuten hält.
Vll. kann mir von euch jemand helfen das Problem zu beheben.

[HELP] Issue with Certain Arabic Phrases in Word 2007 on Windows 10
Hello everyone,
-I'm currently having an issue in Microsoft Word 2007 (SP3 + latest updates) running on Windows 10 (tested on both build 1511 and 1607 with latest updates - I tested this on 2 different laptops).
-The issue is that everytime I type certain phrases in Arabic, Word automatically converts them to specific form/style. I already tried turning off AutoFormat and AutoCorrect but to no avail.
-You can see the examples in the following screen recordings (I made them into small GIF files):

-As you can see in the examples above, if I delete the last letter of the phrase, it'll revert to normal formatting/style. Type the last letter again, and it'll return to that styling back.
-Furthermore, if I copy these phrases into another application (e.g. Notepad), it'll appear normally as it should (for phrase #2, it's in a complete phrase - not just a special symbol).
-The issue doesn't happen when I tried both on:
1. Word 2007 (SP3+updates) on Windows 7 (SP1+updates);
2. Word 2010 (SP2+updates) on Windows 10 (1511+updates).
-Please advice me on how to turn off this feature, thank you very much.

Bekend probleem met VBA-formulieren in onderdelenupdate van september
Op 4 oktober 2016 is een Klik-en-Klaar-update uitgebracht voor Office 2016. Deze update bevat toegankelijkheidsverbeteringen in Office-formulierbesturingselementen. Helaas is er tegelijkertijd met deze verbeteringen een probleem geïntroduceerd dat onder bepaalde omstandigheden van invloed is op de manier waarop VBA-formulierbesturingselementen worden weergegeven of werken.
Bijvoorbeeld:
- Als u VBA gebruikt om aangepaste formulieren te ontwikkelen, merkt u mogelijk dat transparante labelbesturingselementen ondoorzichtig zijn, terwijl ze transparant zouden moeten zijn. Daarnaast reageert Office mogelijk niet meer wanneer u de eigenschap Cyclus voor MultiPage-besturingselementen instelt op 2-fmCycleCurrentForm.
- Als u aangepaste formulieren gebruikt als onderdeel van uw dagelijkse werkzaamheden, merkt u mogelijk dat deze formulieren niet langer goed worden weergegeven of werken. Knoppen of andere besturingselementen zijn bijvoorbeeld onjuist uitgelijnd of overlappen in een werkblad, waardoor het lastig of zelfs onmogelijk is het formulier te gebruiken. In een aantal gevallen reageert de Office-app niet meer wanneer u een bestand met formulierbesturingselementen waarvoor macro’s zijn ingeschakeld, probeert te openen.
Gevolg
Dit probleem kan van invloed zijn op:
- Office 2016-gebruikers die de Klik-en-Klaar-versie van de Onderdelenupdate van september hebben geïnstalleerd. Office 365-abonnees zien versie 1609 (Build 7369.xxxx) in Bestand > Account, en Office 2016-klanten met eeuwigdurende licenties zien 16.0.7369.xxxx.
- Office Insiders met recente Slow-builds, waaronder Versie 1609 (Build 7369.xxxx) en Versie 1610 (Build 7466.xxxx)
- Office Insiders met Fast-build 16.0.7512.1000 of 16.0.7416.1000
- Eerdere versies van Office, zoals Office 2013, als deze zijn geïnstalleerd op dezelfde pc als de versies van Office 2016 waarin het probleem optreedt.
Dit probleem is niet van invloed op:
- Degenen die updates ontvangen via Deferred-kanaal
- Degenen die volumelicentieversies van Office 2016 gebruiken, zoals Microsoft Office Professional Plus, die updates ontvangen via Windows Installer-technologie (MSI)
- Degenen die Office op andere platforms gebruiken, waaronder Office Online
Tijdelijke oplossing
Als u niet kunt wachten op de oplossing, kunt u teruggaan naar een eerdere Klik-en-Klaar-update doordeze stappen te volgen. Als u een particuliere klant bent op Huidig-kanaal (CC, Current Channel), kunt u terugkeren naar de functie-update van augustus, 16.0.7341.2035. Als u een zakelijke klant bent op First Release van Deferred-kanaal (FRDC, First Release for Deferred Channel) kunt u terugkeren naar de vorige FRDC-build, 16.0.6965.2084. Ziedit artikel voor de versie- en buildgeschiedenis.
We zijn ons er terdege van bewust hoe belangrijk het is om dit probleem op te lossen en doen er alles aan om zo snel mogelijk een oplossing uit te brengen.

Delay in Lockscreen Appearing
I have two identical desktops, new with only a little software loaded.
When win-L key combination is pressed (lock computer), the one very very briefly says "locking" with spinning icon, then the login credential request screen appears.
On the other, the 'locking' text and icon appears for about 20 seconds before the credential screen appears.
Anyone have any idea what I can do to get rid of this delay?

Windows 10 Random System Reboots
my PC recently had a motherboard failure, which meant that it had to be replaced. Since then, I have experience frequent system reboots, during which the PC skips the normal shut down procedure but without producing a blue screen or other crash report.
I have restored windows to factory, and updated it to the latest version. I have also updated all drivers, including the motherboard itself. I have checked the issue is not related to voltage dropping below the minimum threshold, and the internal temperatures
are not reaching significant figures. The event log does not have any particularly useful information in relation to the issue, aside from the typical "Previous shutdown was unexpected". Any suggestions?

Projecting to this PC - Without Wireless
I have been looking into the Projecting to this PC capabilities within Windows 10 anniversary. I had a few issues but was able to resolve them. I was hoping someone could shed a little light on something.
We have a conference room PC w/ 65 in display. It has a wired connection to our network. It also has the ability to connect to the same network via WiFi.
I was able to project the desktop from another laptop on to the 65 in display when both are connected to the network via WiFi. I was wondering why all the documentation I've read on 'projecting' states that both devices need to be connected wirelessly. Is there a reason why an ethernet connected display would not be able to display of the desktop of the wireless laptop?

Surface Pro 3 Battery Cycle Count after Battery Firmware fix
My battery cycle count (powercfg /batteryreport) is increasing rapidly after applying the battery fix on August 31st,2016.
anyone else notice this?
for example, one recharge might be the equivalent of 10 cycles.
I had about 70 cycles until Aug 2016, now about 160. Probably recharged 10 times in 3 months.
I'm also noticing battery degradation as others have...but that is for another thread.

Outlook 2007 not working after Windows 10 update
After installing Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3199986) and Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3199986) ; Outlook 2007 does not work and this error message displays when trying to send/receive or delete:
- Receiving' reported error (0x8004060C) : 'The message store has reached its maximum size. To reduce the amount of data in this message store, select some items that you no longer need, and permanently (SHIFT + DEL) delete them.'
I do not have many emails stored. Also it will not let me delete messages. Nothing operates in Outlook 2007.

Απώλεια κωδικού. Διαφορετικός αριθμός κινητού (δεν υπάρχει το καταχωρημένο πλέον).
Είμαι συνδεδεμένος με τον λογαριασμό μου στο Outlook mail αυτή τη στιγμή. Αλλά δεν θυμάμαι τον κωδικό πρόσβασης. Ο αριθμός τηλεφώνου που έχω δώσει είναι παλιός και δεν υπάρχει πια. Πως να κινηθώ για καταχωρίσω καινούριο κωδικό και καινούριο αριθμό τηλεφώνου?

Geburtstage meiner Kontakte um 1 Tag nach vorne verschoben
Ab diesem Thread teilen.
Ihr wollt hierfür immer mehr Informationen etc. aber das Problem besteht seit Jahren... ich hab mich auch schon darüber beschwert (Geburtstage aller meiner Kontakte um 1 Tag nach vorn verschoben) aber hier passiert garnichts... Hier z.B. eine Beschwerde aus dem Jahr 2013: Geburtstage in den Kontakten alle um einen Tag nach vorn verschoben
Bei mir besteht das Problem auch weiterhin und es ist extrem frustierend!
Alle Kontakte sind verschoben und ich gratulier ständig zu einem falschen Datum.↧
Windows update (KB3185331) failed due to error 80073701
Hi, i tried installing the above mentioned windows update but it failed. After the failed attempt i have also noticed that the wifi has become unresponsive. Any help is appreciated.
