Blocked Skype calls to UK mobile numbers.
Cannot dile UK mobile number starting with +44. For a split second there is a warning message which I cannot even read entirely, but it says that tha call is blocked. I have enough skype credit.

Microsoft账户用户名修改后无法更新
前几天对个人的Mircosoft账户用户名作了修改，并且重启电脑以后登录页面的用户名也变成修改后的。但是今天登录时发现用户名变回了旧的用户名。然后我登录到了网页版的账户设置中想要重新修改一下用户名，发现已经是改过的（修改栏里是新的用户名），但是网页版显示用户名也是旧的，我怀疑是microsoft账户信息同步有误，故在此寻求解决办法。

In the logs there is something about a GUID, see below. The update doesn't even start installing, just fails immediately.

High thread count for NT Kernel & System
My Windows 10 system runs great for a couple of hours, up to a day or so, before it starts acting up. Running programs freeze. Audio through HDMI disappears. New programs cannot be started, no error messages, an orderly shutdown is impossible to execute. I have scanned for virusses, malware etc, all come up clean. I have even replaced my motherboard, thinking it may be a hardware issue. When looking in the event logs, nothing seems to lead up to the issue.
The only odd thing I can find is when I look at the Resource monitor, I see the "NT Kernel & System" process consuming an ever larger number of threads. One thread gets added every 5 seconds. Right now it has 7970 threads, but its CPU utilization is less than 1%. This seems odd to me. Eventually this would exhaust the thread pool I would think.
How can I diagnose this further and what might be the issue?
System is built around a Gigabyte GA-B150-HD3P, latest BIOS (F22), latest drivers for audio/video, 16GB RAM, Samsung EVO 850 SSD.
(kernel threads now at 8030 as I typed this)

Gibt es irgendwo eine Alternative zum Gruppenrichtlinieneditor? Oder eine Übersicht (möglichst auf deutsch und als "Offline-Datenbank") aller Wertenamen zu den administrativen Vorlagen? Gpedit zeigt ja die Schlüssel und Wertenamen nicht an. Danke!

Windows 10 installed by Microsoft Assure Program Techs but issue of Cpu being almost 98% and Disk at Almost Max disables the laptop. How can I get this to stop
Hello:
Just recently I had Microsoft reinstall Windows 10 via the Assure Program as a paying Customer the Tech had to reinstall the windows program that was on the PC when Microsoft offered the upgrade but the laptop for one of my family members was experiencing blue screens and it was impossible to use. So I had the Tech take remote access and it took some doing but he finally got the Windows 10 application reinstalled and set the PC back to factory default. But since that was done only last month the laptop has been freezing up and when I click on the Task Manager you can see the CPU at a value of 98% and then it may shift to show the Disk at 90% plus basically making the laptop unusable. I have tried the Microsoft software you can download when you query High CPU on Windows 10 for example and try to read the other things others have tried to remedy this. I again have the Assure program but I would like to see if I can use something that is more simple because I hate having to go through the process of explaining to a Tech the problem and with all their patience and kindness in trying to help. They do not always get the issue resolved and I do not have the heart to say that to them at times.
This laptop is a HP Pavilion dm3 Notebook PC Intel Pentium CPU U5400 1.20 GHz 4.00 GB 3.80 GB Usable 64Bit Operating System x64 based processor
It came I believe with Windows 7 and was upgraded to Windows 10 during the Microsoft free upgrade. But again recently as last month a Microsoft Tech had to set the Laptop to factory default and had some difficulties reinstalling Windows 10 all over again but it was finally installed last month and now with no things stored on the laptop the CPU and Disk readings are almost at max and switch back between the two meaning the CPU will be high and freeze the laptop and on other occasions the Disk will be to high freezing the laptop. I do not understand why this is happening when the Laptop was reset to default and Windows 10 was reinstalled and the Tech even checked to see if their were any corruptions before reinstalling Windows 10. So any and all suggestions appreciated before I have to go through the Assure program again to maybe get a solution.

050ではじまるskype番号を取得して、固定電話や携帯に通話転送しています。
「機能を管理」→「通話転送とボイスメール」のページで、通話を転送する時間を１秒以内としているのですが、転送先に転送されるまでに5コール程の時間がかかっています。即転送したいのですが、方法についてご存知でしたら教えていただけないでしょうか。

Impresion a dos caras
He realizado muchas pruebas y no me salgo con el problema, comento.... tengo una BD de socios e intento imprimir el listado con fotos y he probado todas las configuraciones que se me ocurren pero automáticamente no me responde puesto que al realizar la
comprobación siempre me imprime la cara A de arriba abajo y la cara B al revés, ya no se como solventarlo. ¿Alguien me puede ayudar?

unmountable boot volume のメッセージが出て画面が真っ暗で何もできなくなってしまった
約半年ぶりにノートパソコンを立ち上げるため明確な原因が分からないのですが
ブルースクリーンエラーが出てしまい自動で再起動しますのメッセージの後
再起動の準備をしているのか画面が真っ暗になるんですが
そこからどれだけ待っても一向に再起動する気配がありません
自分でも携帯などで調べて ctrl＋alt＋delを押してからセーフティーモードにするやり方や
色々試したんですが再起動の準備中(？)のため全く反応せずどうすることも出来ません
もうこれは修理に出したほうがいいのでしょうか？
私はパソコンがあまり得意ではないのでこの説明で通じてるのかわかりませんが解決策等あれば教えていただけるとありがたいです。
また、わかりやすく教えていただけると助かります。
