I have visited the support page and tried what was suggested. 1)starting outlook in safe mode 2) etc. NONE has resolved my problem.
My outlook shows "processing" all the time. Yet I have customers and vendors that have not received emails I know I sent. I have tried resending emails same result.
Any body have this issue and got it resolved. I am close to uninstalling outlook all together.
The PrtScn key used to send a screen shot to the public/pictures/screenshots folder without any further action. That stopped working recently (not sure exactly when) and now the print screen key by itself doesn't do anything. The Windows key + PrtScn works as before, dimming the screen and sending a screenshot to the photos folder on this PC.
So what changed and how do I change it back?

I have a desktop and a laptop networked to share each other's files. Before the Creator update, both showed Desktop and Laptop under Network n either PC.
After the Creator update was done on the Desktop, it still showed both, but the laptop only showed laptop.
When the Creator update was done on the laptop a few days later, the laptop now shows nothing under Network.
Local tech worked on it for hours and said the only way to get the laptop network back was to do a complete Windows reinstall and then reinstall and recustomize all 3rd-party products, which I do not want to do.
All functions on the laptop, like internet access and email, work fine, but I can no longer access the desktop from the laptop.
Is Microsoft aware of this problem, and are there any plans to fix it? As of 06/02/17, Windows Update says the laptop iis up to date.
Another slow WiFi question. All the answers I found are for Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 that say that the problem was fixed a year ago.
This Surface Pro 3 is running Windows 10 build 14393 with all updates applied. When I connected to the Netgear N600 Cable router I was getting 2-3 mb per second, compared to my phone connected to the same network at 50 mb.
I saw a registry tweek that was for an older version of Windows that said to change a registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\mrvlpcie8897 TXAMSDU" value from 1 to 0.
I tried this and the speed went from 2 to 10 mb, still slower than the phone by a wide margin.
Any suggestions? This is a temporary location, so I can live with the slow connection. I think at home I don't have the issue. I'm using the OOKLA speed test app on both Windows and the phone.

I just got a surface 4 secondhand from CEX so it was reset to factory setting.
So far I've encountered a few issues. One when I attach my softcover and close it, after the touchscreen won't work. I have to reboot to get the touchscreen to respond until I close the softcover again and the problem comes back.
Issue 2 the windows 10 update KB4019473 has failed to update several times now it errors while downloading.

I have windows 10 which was upgraded from windows 7. I have recently been playing Microsoft Classic Jigsaw and have accumulated over 47000 points. I would like to download a puzzle series that is not free. Can't I use my gold to purchase and download these series? I am able to download the free series with no problem. When I click on the series that I want to get it just shows me all the puzzles in the series across the bottom of the screen, but no option to purchase and download.
I have been unable to locate any instructions on the features of this game.
I want to know if it is possible to recharge my pro 2 from a USB point?

É necessário desinstalar esses programas porque eles não são compatíveis com a atualização:
* Domínio Contábil
O problema é que desconhecemos qualquer incompatibilidade do Domínio Contábil (nosso software) com o Windows 10. Se desinstalado o software, atualizado o Windows 10, instalado o software novamente, o programa funciona sem problemas.
A dúvida seria: de qual forma eu posso saber exatamente o que no nosso sistema vocês estão identificando como não compatível para podermos ajustar? Ou será que a Microsoft não precisa colocar o nosso software em uma "exceção" para que não acuse mais a mensagem, pois ele é compatível?
