I have an iMac with:

Boot Mode:                      Normal

PROBLEM:

I have Excel files on an external disk with Links to other worksheet on the same disk.

When I open the file, there is a small window with the following message:

The workbook you opened contains automatic links

to information in another workbook.

Do you want to update this workbook with changes made to

the other workbook?

. To Update all linked information, click Update.  You must have

access to all of the linked workbooks.

. To keep the existing information, click Ignore Links.

. To open your workbook and receive more options to which

links get updated, click Edit Links.

         Edit Links                  Update          Ignore Links

Normally I click Ignore Links. 

However, after clicking Inore Links, I never see a display of the  worksheet that I wanted to open.

It did not happen before (I normally  used Save and exit or just exit from Excel when I close the Excel session).

Is this a current Excel error? How could it be fixed?

Did I mistakenly did some wrong procedures?

what should I do in order to open my file (worksheet)?

I put in a new SSD, copied my old disk using Samsungs SW, installed it and want to make my original disk a second disk.  My PC shows both disks but it shows my original disk as "offline" because it has a "signature collision with another disk that is online."  I assume the collision is with the new SSD but I don't know what to do to correct it. How do I get my system it recognize my old disk?

One of my Clients brought me a Surface 3 Pro to fix.  It kept nagging him to do updates, so I ran updates on it....   It blew up and I had to dig out his bitlocker keys to fix it.  Afterwards, there is no battery indicator icon in the system tray.   In addition, there are multiple driver problems.  If I try to update it, it always brings up the Intel SST Sound Card Drivers, Serial IO I2C ES Controllers, and Touch Controller Firmware.  These three driver updates *always fail*.  I've tried installing drivers from a kit I found on the MS support site, but it always tells me that "the best driver is already installed".  It's currently running Build 1507 (The first one) and despite running updates at least a dozen times, it never gives me an opportunity to update to 1511, 1607, or the Creators Update.  

Questions:  Is this thing *ever* going to prompt me to update to a later build?  I can't wait forever....I need to get this system back to the client.  Is it waiting for the driver issues to be resolved *before* it lets me update to a new build?   Is there a way to get these drivers installed first, or do I need to just download the newer build with the Media Creator, and update it manually?  

Lastly, this system seems to be about as stable as vintage dynamite, and horribly documented to boot.  Is this thing (Surface 3 Pro) capable of running the latest build, or at least capable of making it through setup without completely blowing up?  If not, is there an older build to use, or a workaround I should know about before doing this?  

Should I deal with the driver issues first, or do the update and hope it fixes the driver issues?

Should I just call the client, give him the bad news, and say that this system has to be torched and re-installed from scratch?

Lastly, has anybody installed 1607 or the Creators update on one of these things from scratch, and can it be done without a multitude of problems, and if not.....should I just run system restore and tell him that this is about as good as it's going to get?

So far, I am *shocked* at how twitchy and undependable this system is....

Necesito saber cómo puedo recuperar mi licencia de Office Hogay y estudiantes 2016  instalada en mi lap top. Fue robada hace 1 mes y me encantaría poder desactivar mi licencia de ese ordenador y poder recuperarla para cuando vuelva a adquirir una nueva. Volver a instalarla. ¿Sabes cómo??

I am converting one database to another. The 1st database has all the text in HTML script. The second accepts only plain text will show all the HTML code so the data must be converted into plain text. There are thousands of pages and i really don't want to type them all out.

I have a sample of the typical HTML below. I do no need any of the formatting but it would be nice to save in the conversion process.

Is there a formula that will convert simple HTML to text?

Witajcie. Moze ktoś z was będzie wiedział jak mi pomóc. Korzystam z aplikacji groove na Windows Phone, niestety za każdym razem gdy opuszczam aplikacje, czy wyłącza się ekran muzyka zostaje zatrzymana. Nie potrafię tego zmienić. Jak to naprawić?

Na installeren windows 10 update 1703 op 08.06.2017 komt er na opstarten computer steeds de mededeling VCRUNTIME140.dll niet gevonden. Mogelijk op te lossen door het programma opnieuw te installeren.

Heb het met windows probleemoplosser geprobeerd, meer dit helpt niet.

Waar kan ik VCRUNTIME140.dll veilig downloaden en  hoe moet ik het installeren ?

Não estou obtendo sucesso ao tentar trocar a senha da minha conta no outlook. "Ocorreu um problema temporário no serviço. Tente novamente. Se esta mensagem continuar aparecendo, tente mais tarde." Tal mensagem aparece quando eu tento enviar mensagem ou fazer uma chamada ao meu número de telefone.

I am trying to add a tab to a form in Access 2016 - been through the help guide and it says insert page - Problem is my access does not have that option in the drop down or anywhere else

Also, the multiform function remains greyed out..

Please help with solution

Bonjour, je n'aurais pas du vouloir améliorer WIND 10 AVEC CETTE MAJ ( car déjà WIND 8.1  vu mes besoins et mon âge me correspondait mieux) Mais là, depuis l'install. de sa dernière M.A.Jour tout mon système est rempli d'erreurs  et il me manque des applic. et des programmes. Erreur de ma part : ce n'est pas en réinitialisant mon P.C partiellement que mes applic. ont été supprimées mais bien à cause de cette nouvelle M.A.Jour que j'ai installée avant la réinitialisation . Merci de me donner votre avis,  et la solution : Est-ce possible de rétrograder vers WIND 8.1 sans trop de dégâts et d'opér. à effectuer ? Ou comment supprimer la dernière M.A.J de mon PC ? Con la build 16212, poi bloccata, è accaduto che sotto la voce "Ricevi le build Insider Preview" è apparsa la scritta: " La tua organizzazione gestisce le build Insider Preview tramite un'impostazione di telemetria di Criteri di gruppo" (!!!) Cosa vuol dire? Non mi permette di fare più nulla. Sotta c'è una scritta "Correggi" ma non si attiva. Non ricevo l'ultimo aggiornamento: la build 16215? Cosa posso fare?

Toshiba Satellite L655 - 1HF
Поле обновления Windows 10 батарея ноутбука не заряжается. Думал аппаратная проблема, но после обращения в сервис, мне сказали батарея в порядке и посоветовали вернуть всё на Windows 7. Но я не захотел возвращаться в прошлое так сказать.
Что делать? Как быть?

Hi, I've used the Windows Imaging and Configuration Designer to create custom deployment images for a while now. After getting the updated config. designer for Founders Update/1703 it's gone. Am I just missing it? Is there another tool which is replacing this feature?

I am working with an expense tracker and I cannot see the rows line or columns line. I have done the following in my spreadsheet repeatedly to try and unhide it but it still is not visible:

1. Go to Home tab, click Find & Select, then clickGo To. In the Reference box, type A1, and then clickOK.

2. Go to Home tab, in the Cells group, clickFormat then Visibility, then Hide and Unhide, thenUnhideRows.

I repeated these steps to do the same to Unhide Column.

Still, I cannot see my rows or headers.

Please help me. Thank you.

Sajnos a 16193-as buildről nem tudok frissíteni a 16199-re. Újraindítás után 12%-ig jut el a frissítéssel, majd újraindul a gép és hibaüzenetet kapok, hogy nem sikerült a frissítés és újrakezdi.

Come dal titolo il mio Pc non si spegne ma rimane in standby e in questo modo mi scarica la batteria durante la notte. Come si può risolvere?
