Добрый вечер! Почему не доходят сообщения отправленные мне при выключенном скайпе?? Приходят только те, которые отправляются мне когда я в сети. И при заходе в скайп с разных устройств не отображаются даже сообщения уже принятые на другом устройстве...
В настройках истории галочка стоит " сохранять всегда"

Отключение автоплатежа
Добрый вечер. Помогите мне разобраться с проблемой. Оформила в 2015 подписку на майкросовт 365. каждый месяц снимается определенная сумма и продлевается действие продукта. В какой то момент нужно было отменить автоплатеж. Это сделать я не смогла так как
1) в моем профиле указано всего 3 факта списания денежных средств со счета (( за 2 года!!!)хотя по факту снимается каждый месяц) 2) используя подсказки не удается удалить подписку т.к написано, что она истекла и ее можно только продлить. Хотела пойти другимпутем и удалила реквизит списания д/с. В итоге подписка продолжает оплачиваться, деньги продолжают сниматься с карты. При этом в учетной записи написано "добавить способ оплаты". Получается, что карта моя удалена, а деньги снимают и продолжают действие подписки.
Пыталась оформить звонок из тех.поддержки, никогда нет свободных дат или же "не доступно". Помогите пожалуйста как быть, как отменить автоплатеж с "удаленной"карты.

Cache 22 Can't reset outlook password
I could not reset the password on my outlook account using the link provided here
I have filled in all the required information, but because I have not sent any emails from this account there is too little usable information the previous password information and the date of birth are not enough for the form.
Also because of this incomplete form I get the suggestion to submit a new one.
With all the new submissions I have easily reached the limit regarding daily password reset attempts/24h.
All in all I have the impression that I am in a "cache 22" situation due to the fact I do not have enough information for the form (I receive a suggestion to submit a new one after each commit) and at this point there is no other way of resetting my password.

Windows 10 home için 57 TL den 850 TLye kadar fiyatlar görmek mümkün ve bu lisanslar Hepsiburada.com gibi siteler üzerinden satılıyor. Bazı sitelerde home ve pro sürümleri için birbirine çok yakın fiyatlar var (Microsoftstore fiyatı civarında)
Yurt dışında amazon.com üzerinden de Windows 10 home OEM lisans satın almak mümkün ($75)
Microsoft acaba neden kendi sitesi üzerinden daha ucuz lisans satmıyor? Kutu/DVD filan gerektirmeden internet üzerinden indirilebilecek ürün anahtarları ve yazılımların en azından Amerika fiyatı hatta çok daha ucuz olması daha iyi olmaz mıydı? Microsoft lisans fiyatlarını daha makul seviyeye çekerek yasal olmayan kullanımların önüne geçebilir.
Satın aldığımız lisansın geçerli bir lisans olup olmadığını satın almadan önce anlamak mümkün müdür?
Microsoft eğer yetkili satıcı listesini yayınlarsa en azından satıcının güvenilirliği konusunda bir fikir sahibi olunabilir.

Realtime co-authoring via PowerPoint Online
Yesterday a teacher attempted to have a class of 18 students realtime co-author a PowerPoint via Online. Everything seemed to be great and everyone could see changes. However once they closed browsers and came back a few hours later it appeared essentially nothing was saved. We tried it again and one note was trying to open document in PowerPoint 2016 you could see others were editing but none of the changes were being synchronized. Any ideas what happened and how we can prevent in future?
I did some more testing today with 2-3 users and it seems to work. The problem is the only way I can verify it is save is by using desktop PowerPoint and checking status of slides. The online looks fine but then all the work just disappears once all the editors leave.

hotmail o outlook no me permite abrir mis correos ni tampoco abrir ninguna carpeta ya que aparece ERROR
Soy de los que tienen hotmail hace muchos años. Últimamente he tratado de meterme a mi cuenta, a la cual he podido acceder, pero tengo muchos correos sin leer y cada vez que aprieto alguno, me dice ERROR y no puedo abrir ninguno. Lo mismo pasa con las carpetas, no me deja abrirlas. Necesito ayuda urgente.

Mala configuración "Empezar de cero" en Creators Update
He utilizado la opción "Empezar de cero" en Windows 10 Creators Update, y he obtenido los siguientes errores: -Cuando presiono sobre mi touchpad se abre o cierra, según corresponda, el centro de acciones (Notificaciones).
-En el menú inicio he perdido la opción de ocultar la lista de aplicaciones, y se muestran como en versiones anteriores.
-He instalado Directx para poder jugar Age of Mythology y siempre aparece un error de no tener instalada ninguna versión de Directx.
-Mi equipo (HP Notebook 240 G3) se ha reestablecido a Windows 10 Pro Education (Yo no tenía nada de Educatión!), versión 1703, compilación 15063.0
Cosas que he probado para resolver:
-Reinstalar controladores del Touchpad
-Buscar Actualizaciones del sistema en Windows Update
-Reinstalar Windows (Una segunda vez) desde una USB booteable con la opción reestablecer en Configuración/Actualización y seguridad/Recuperación ..... Después de esto es que ha pasado de Pro a Pro Education (Verifique la casilla de Pro solamente), y no ha hecho nada, no me ha desinstalado progra ni absolutamente otra cosa ... solo estuvo inutilizable (mi computadora) al rededor de 2 horas.
-He usado el solucionador de problemas de Hardware y dispositivos en Configuración/Actualización y seguridad/Solución de problemas
-Obviamente, he probado el paracetamol de cualquier PC, Apagar y prender y/o reiniciar el dispositivo

error occurred saving import/export specification ''
I've tried to import an excel sheet into a DB, went through the wizard all the way to the end when I click Finish. I get the error: An error occurred trying to save import/export specification ''.
I've tried reinstalling, repairing, fresh excel sheet with simple entries, a fresh CSV file, but still get that error.
What is even more strange, when I used CSV and get to the advanced window and try to save a specification I get the same error but with a name between the single quotes.
The data I am trying to import for tutorial:
CashAccountID,AccountDescription,BankName,BankAccountNumber
301,Primary Checking Account,MegaBank,9017765453
302,Money Market Account,Wells Gargle,3831157490
303,Payroll Account,MegaBank,9835320050

obtaining an inbound phone line with skype from a country that is not my own.

I currently reside in Canada and I did purchase unlimited calling service though Skype as I do not have a landline here (and I am not in a position to afford the cost right now). However, due to regulations here, it is not possible to obtain a phone number directly through skype. Now I read on the website that you could simply purchase a number from another country. If so could I still use the subscription that I purchased? Or would it be just simpler to purchase a phone with a prepaid card? (funds are tight, I cannot afford to spend several 100s of dollars on a phone)
I'm open to any suggestions at this point. As I am mobility impaired, I'd greatly appreciate the community's assistance since getting a phone line ASAP is not only essential but would improve my quality of life greatly.

Skype newest version, Desktop Windows 10. My google voice no longer can ring skype
I can call out on Skype, but I can't use it through Google Voice. What has changed? I used to have google voice call through skype. A week or two ago is stopped working.

Fluttering Screen on any browser
My screen often flutters on various websites, at times it will start to flash on and off and the only way to stop it is to get my curser to the exit button to exit the website. If I am unable to exit the website the screen goes black and I cannot get it
back unless I reboot my computer. These are trusted websites like my bank. It doesn't matter which browser I use. It doesn't happen every time I visit that website. I was having other issues that Kaspersky Secuity helped me with, they suggested running Disk
Cleanup.

"Please wait while OneNote loads this printout"
Using OneNote on Surface Pro 3 (home) and Surface Pro 4 (work). Anytime I print "send to OneNote" a word, powerpoint or PDF document it shows up fine on the desktop version of OneNote, but will not show up on my OneNote apps on IPhone or IPad.
On the Ipad and Iphone the "printouts" say - "Please wait while OneNote loads this printout"
Also, i have tried the app on the surface and onenote.com and it will not load the printout either.
Please help, this is very frustrating.
