重要なプログラムと表示されるので心配しています。

Ich habe Windows 7 von XP nach den Regeln installiert. Wenn ich dann den PC runterfahre und neu starte, fährt er hoch, zeigt aber nicht mehr den Desktop an!! Seltsam? Was habe ich falsch gemacht? Was muss ich tun, um beim regulären Hochfahren den Desktop zu bekommen?
Übrigens, im abgesicherten Modus ist der Desktop da.

I have an HP Pavilion laptop with Windows 8.1 [now Windows 10].
Just from today, when the 'Pictures' folder photos opens on the desktop, that screen freezes.
I can no longer go back into the computer to continue, and the only action I can take is turn the computer off with the power button.
What is the solution to fix.

当本人在bash中有python简单的创建一个tcp socket server，listen，等待accept。同时本人用python写了一个简单的client，connect这个server，但一直是
ConnectionRefusedError: [WinError 10061] 由于目标计算机积极拒绝，无法连接。
当我在bash中启动两个server时，bash会显示socket.error: [Errno 98] Address already in use，说明socket创建成功了的。
但为什么连不上呢？
在CMD中netstat -aon也找不到server的端口。
第一想法是防火墙，本人把防火墙关了也是不行的。

I have this "Battery Plugged in, Not Charging" issue in my laptop just weeks ago. At first I thought maybe my battery is just dead (2 years old) but its too early to be dead (my previous laptop lasted for 4 years). I've checked a couple of videos on YouTube on how to fix this problem but nothing worked so far.
It happened also to my brother-in-law's laptop. Both of our laptops showed the same problem "literally" at the same time. Coincidence? I don't think so. Please be honest and tell me that this is just a software issue and that your team is already working on it. Thank you.
