Settings App Search returns with "No Results For..."

The last couple days all searches I've conducted in the Settings search returns with the "no results for...." dialogue.

I've attempted to run a Search and Indexing troubleshoot and I have tried adding C:\Users\Deepthica\AppData\Local\Packages\windows.immersivecontrolpanel_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState to the indexing on my laptop via properties. Neither method has helped. My region and time settings are both en-IN and there is no clash there. My control panel and Start search are fine. I also rebuilt my Index (going through Control Panel)

Peculiarly, the Local State Indexed folder has NO content whatsoever. I wonder what is with that.

This is the second issue I have had in recent times with my settings search on my recently reset PC.

A problem just cropped up after years of service: When I go to contacts, it keeps working and eventually says I shut down Windows Live improperly. However, I did not shut it down. So, I shut the whole thing down, waited and started over. It happened again. And now it won't let me use Stringer to send messages to multiple individuals.  

Any ideas???

Hallo, habe ein Problem mit Edge. Youtube Videos ruckeln extrem und der Ton ist gestört. Es sind keine Internetverbindungsruckler. Beim Internet Explorer besteht das selbe Problem. Firefox , Chrome spielt die Videos fehlerfrei ab.

Ошибка возникает при запуске игры Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, PAYDAY 2. Возникает в Team Fortress 2 постоянно или через 5 мин. Пробовал изменять настройки в панели управлений NVIDIA "Предпочтителен режим максимальной производительности в режиме управления электропитанием. Думал, что ошибка пропадёт при замене операционной система Windows 7 на Windows 10. Обновил драйвера Nvidia и без толку. Помогите мне пожалуйста, если вы сталкивались с такой проблемой и вы её решили или если кто-то вам помогал, может-быть и мне поможет. Скажу сразу, что не буду отдавать свой ноутбук в ремонт не под каким предлогом, потому что там не в этом проблема, а именно в определенной игре, хоть итак и сяк мой ноутбук нагревается в остальных играх, такие как Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, PAYDAY 2. Спасибо за то что уделили мне пару времени на мою проблему, если найдёте хоть какую-то полезную для меня информацию, обязательно пришлите её мне, буду вам очень благодарен, да сохранит вас Господь! :D

It starts Blinking while I play video on YouTube, in Microsoft Edge,

I Reset it, It didn't make any change. 

It's just frustrating....

Salve

Mi ritrovo nella cartella di office 365 (15.0) una serie lunghissima di file con estensione FSD. Non saprei a cosa si riferiscono, ma so che hanno riempito l'hd del mio surface pro 2 tanto che in questi giorni non riesco ad aggiornare il S.O. !!!!.

Vi chiedo cortesemente di indicarmi a cosa si riferiscono questi file e come vengono creati visto che la cartella si sta auto incrementando.

Indicazione:

da alcuni giorni, in seguito al cambio della scheda SHDC che contiene tutta le cartelle offline di ONE Drive, il client continua a "Ricercare le modifiche" pur avendo sincronizzato tutti i file.

I see this is a common issue.  I have no filters setup, no prohibited words, etc.  I just want to get my password reset emails.   (Site is the370z.com)

They don't respond to inquiries so I'm stuck chasing this with Microsoft.  I see that most responses to others with this type of question are not terribly helpful, and then there's no follow up when folks say that the generic answers given don't help, but I'm hoping my case will be different.

It's obviously an issue with Outlook/Hotmail, given how many issues of this nature have been surfaced in this forum.

Hola amigos/as! veréis, tenía una cuenta que he procedido a cerrar por estos motivos que comento en el título del asunto, en la cual recibo -he entrado esta noche y me asusté- mails de desconocidos, que me hablan como si me conocieran, así como noticias oscuras y negativas que NO me interesa leer, puesto que nada tengo que ver con ese tipo de noticias ni de acosadores y me gustaría saber a qué se debe y si hice bien en cerrar mi cuenta, aunque para que se haga efectivo el cierre me dijo Microsoft que tendré que esperar a julio. ¿Cómo puede ser que reciba mails de desconocidos con carácter violento u ofensivo? ¿de dónde demonios sacaron esa cuenta mía de e-mail? espero que me deis consejos porque estoy francamente sorprendido y asustado por los títulos de algunos de esos mails que por supuesto también eliminé sin leerlos.

I have a Dell Precision Tower 3420 (X64) currently running Windows 10 Version 1511.

The machine will not upgrade to version 1607.  I have updated drivers, run virus checks, run SFC (and fixed errors) downloaded and installed the current .ISO file, and tried most "fixes" offered on the various forums.

Windows retruns various errors, most recently 0xC1900101 - 0x2000D "installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the MIGRATE_DATA operation".

Would appreciate any useful assistance.

I cant download free apps because I dont have a credit card. Microsoft says I need to have a payment method and billing information. Any suggestions on how I can download free apps without listing payment method? Thank you.

Habe die oben genannte Software runter geladen. Nach dem Programmablauf wurden mir 4 Warnungen angezeigt (Es seien 4 Dateien betroffen!). Betriebssystem WINDOWS 8.

Aber welche Dateien wird nicht angezeigt und ein löschen dieser Dateien erfolgte auch nicht. Darum habe ich einen Programmstart mit kompletter Prüfung laufen lassen. Das gleiche Ergebniss.   Wie bekomme ich die betroffenen Datei angezeigt um diese evtl. zu löschen, oder was mache ich falsch. Unter Anzeige der möglichen Malwere werden ja nur die alle Vorkommenden angezeigt. Hat da Jemand Erfahrung wie ich diese Warnungen und damit die betroffenen Dateien los werde?

I have installed Widows 8 and Outlook 2010. I can send text only emails and receive and read emails with attachments. If I attach even a small attachment of 500 KB, word or PDF, the email sits in the outbox and will not go. Error message refers to 0x800CCC0F. I have also tried using webmail but I cannot upload the attachments into the webmail server. The internet provider and Microsoft help desk have not been able to resolve this problem. This has been going on for months so help would be appreciated.

I've tried 3 times to reset an old Acer laptop that's running Win10. I need to ship it out and don't want any of my digital footprint left on it. I go through the steps to reset under Recovery, and it chugs through as if it were doing something, but hours later it comes back with a message that it could not reset the computer and nothing was changed. (I did this already on another laptop, and it worked fine, so I don't think I'm missing steps.)

Are there other approaches to resetting that I can try?

A little background.

We removed provisioned apps from our WIM file. We also have a GPO to disable the consumer experience to get rid of the rest of the unwanted non enterprise apps. 

The WIM file is loaded into SCCM and deployed via task. Everything works fine. 

Every user who logs now has orphaned live tiles on the start menu. The provisioned apps that were removed via DISM and powershell, their tiles will disappear after a reboot or 2 but they should not be there in the first place as the apps were removed in an offline WIM.

Is there something in the WIM I need to do to remove the live tiles as well?

On the Consumer Experience GPO the apps tiles are stuck on the start menu you can manually unpin them but our users are really not that capable. I know it is a simple right click and unpin but this is a "prison run by the prisoners" environment so we have to figure out how to clear this up with out getting them involved. Note that the icons are in the live tile area, the actual program/apps list they are gone. The tiles have a downward arrow like they are downloading and some say A great new app is coming. 

Any suggestions would be helpful. We are testing Windows 10 1703 but the same exists in 1607
