Как сделать так, чтобы неактивные окна при получении события не мигали в панели задач
В данном случае это относится к Skype for business, но может относиться и к любому другому приложению. Просто сам вопрос касается именно Windows, поэтому спрашиваю здесь, а не в ветке про Skype.
Каждый раз, когда от кого-либо приходит сообщение, окно с чатом в панели задач начинает мигать до тех пор, пока я не открою окно с чатом. Это очень сильно раздражает и отвлекает от работы (переписка идет часто, поэтому отвечаю редко на все вопросы сразу). То есть вот тупо окно мигает ПОСТОЯННО, я не знаю, что с этим делать. Я скрывал панель задач, но при получении сообщения она показывается с мигающим окном...
Можно как-то сделать так, чтобы неактивное окно не мигало при получении какого-либо события (в данном случае входящее сообщение)?
Я пробовал в панели управления в Ease of access отключить мигание, но это не помогло - видимо, относится к чему-то другому.

Error de remitente en elementos enviados
Buenos dias, desde octubre del año pasado me está pasando que cuando me envío mails a mi propia cuenta desde Hotmail en Elementos Envíados me figura el nombre de otra persona como la que fue quien envío el correo.
Tengo el antivirus actualizado y lo paso regularmente.
Alguien sabe porque me figura ese otro nombre?

Right click and left click both do left click functin.
My wife has a new Acer Aspire S13 laptop with Windows 10. About a week ago the right click started doing the same as the left click. I tried switching the mouse functions in the control panel. They still function the same. When I connect a USB mouse, the right click works properly. I have used CCleaner several times. The restore option doesn't let me restore to an earlier time when I go to my saved backup. When I go to CCleaner, tools, system restore, and select a date my only option is "Remove". I don't know what it would remove. I just want to restore to an earlier time.
I looked at the device manager, mice, HID compliant mouse and it said it is functioning properly. I don't want to restore back to factory.

Проблема со скайпом или с виндосом?
Был уже такой случай. Скайп все вроде нормально. Показывает кто в сети. Подсоединяет. Но соединение не делает. Пару пипи...коп и все зависает, на отмену не реагирует. Пробовал с другого компа. Голосом , не в сети. Вот они два на одном рутере. Нет соединения.
С планшетника на другой комп, связь есть. На этот комп. Нету. Все три к одному рутеру. Что это? Отдал, поменяли виндовс. Прошло время. Опять тоже! Да еще. В Алиэкспрес захожу. В корзину захожу. Все нормально. В заказы зайти не могу. С другого компа, пожалуйста.
С этого нет. Спасибо тем кто откликнится! Злопыхателей прошу не участвовать! Заранее то же благодарю.

Problème d'accès à mon historique de recherche de Bing
Bonjour depuis quelque jours un message "L'historique de vos recherches est indisponible pour l'instant. Réessayez plus tard." apparaît dans mon historique de Bing, j'ai aperçu ceci quand j'ai souhaité supprimer mon historique afin de voir plus clair pour mes futurs recherche.
Comment régler ce problème pour y avoir de nouveau accès ?

Win10 1703 更新プログラムのダウンロードが進まない
Ｗｉｎ７からＷｉｎ10へ、先月1073Ｖｅｒにしました。
５/１９日に、KB4020821，KB4016871の更新は出来ましたが、その後『更新プログラムをダウンロードしています１％』 の状態から進みません。
設定画面でトラブルシューティングのUpdateのトラブルシューティングを実施、問題解決しましたと出ましたが、状態は変わりません。
どうしたらいいでしょうか。

Why do I have to click Cortana twice before I can start typing?
It happens to be again and again -- simply because it does not make sense (on multiple different machines):
I click on Cortana -- and some window/menu opens -- and I start typing and nothing. I always have to click again (Hi Cortana -- I really mean it!!!) before the window accepts any input.
Why is this?

Mi Lumia 640 XL ha dejado de reconocer los auriculares
Hola. Mi telefono tiene 5 meses y ha funcionado correctamente hasta ahora con los auriculares, con cualquiera que he puesto. Ahora de repente no reconoce ninguno. Creo que se ha estropeado la clavija de conexion y no se que hacer ni donde puedo llevarlo para dar soporte con la garantia ya que lo compre por la web directamente en Microsoft Store. Alguien puede decirme algo.

Can not rdp to Windows 10
I have a windows 10 machine which I can not rdp into I have tried the following
Turn off the firewall, disable smart screen, disable NLA , allow rdp to all users, turn on network discovery,

REGEDIT:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\TestHooks
change Threshold from 1 to 0
Tried machine Setting, select System > Power& sleep and check to make sure Sleep is set to Never.
Not sure what else to do this is on the domain, same subnet of windows 7/10 machines
