Windows 10 Homegroup and Networking of multiple devices on same network
I have 4 computers I am trying and failing at getting to communicate with one another. All 4 are running Windows 10. Two laptops are Windows 10 upgrades from Windows 7 and two Surface Pro 4 tablets which came installed with Windows 10. I was able to
create a Homegroup starting with my surfacepro tablet. If I started with my laptop, I would get an error that said another homegroup was detected, do you want to join, which ended in a vicious cycle of me joining between my laptop an my husband's laptop and
never actually having a homegroup. So, I now have a working homegroup starting from my tablet. My current problem is that my laptop cannot access my husband's tablet and laptop at all. If I go into file explorer on my laptop and click on his tablet or laptop
through Homegroup, nothing happens. Double click and it sits there. Doesn't open the folders, doesn't do anything. If I try to access the same folders on his laptop and tablet through the "network" choice, it comes up with an error that says, "Computer
is not accessible. You might not have permissions to use this network resource." It gives me this error for both his tablet and his laptop. I have scoured the internet looking for solutions. None so far have worked. I have checked the windows credentials
on my laptop under user accounts. There are none. I have made sure file and printer sharing are allowed through the network and sharing center on both my laptop and his laptop and tablet. I have turned off password protected sharing. I have set my firewall
(Norton Security) to "full trust" of the home network. I have even gone to each library folder (documents, pictures, videos) and right-clicked and selected "share with" and given read/write access to my account and the homegroup. What else am I missing? I can share files seamlessly between my two owned devices and between his two owned devices, I am just having a major problem sharing from his owned devices and my laptop. My tablet can share with his tablet both ways (copying/moving files to and from starting
with either device) and my tablet can share one way with his laptop, but my laptop cannot access either his tablet or his laptop. Oh, and his laptop can access my laptop. I can open file explorer on his laptop and drag pictures from my laptop to his through
both the homegroup option and the network option. But, I cannot access his laptop from my file explorer through either option. I hope I have explained this clearly. Please help.

Can I create a formula that uses data from a drop down list?
Forgive me if I don't use proper Excel terminology here......
I have a list mainly of dates where I want to track hours. In one of the columns I have created a drop down list where I can select "ENTERED" or "NOT ENTERED".
I am wondering if I can create a formula that will SUM the hours in another column but alsoomit either "ENTERED" or "NOT ENTERED".
Essentially, I want to be able to tabulate (via formula) hours that are either ENTEREDOR NOT ENTERED.

windows 10 nie uruchamia się system, tryb awaryjny, nie działa odzyskiwanie sytemu. jak odzyskać pliki?
Po powrocie z uśpienia system przestał się uruchamiać. Kręci się kółko ładowania niestety bez końca. Po wybraniu trybu awaryjnego nic się nie dzieje - dostaję czarny ekran. Próbowałam też przywrócenia którejś z poprzednich wersji - trwa ładowanie ktore
konczy się komunikatem o niepowodzeniu i błędzie. Proszę o pomoc jak mogę dostać się do moich plików w celu ich skopiowania.

OneNote sync/sign-in issues and Writing Issues
I absolutely loved this app and have been using it seamlessly for years. The new update released May 16, 2017 has made it completely useless
1) writingis now impossible, especiallywith an Apple Pencil
This is actually a two-parter - "Draw with Touch"is now apparently forever enabled, so that I can no longer use my finger to drag the screen even if that setting is turned off, AND the app no longer recognizes the difference between my stylus and where
my hand is resting on the screen. Every time I try to write (because I can't legibly write while holding my hand completely in the air), my hand makes clumps of stray marks and no marks at all show for the stylus
2) No longersyncs between devices
The app constantly has an error message at the top saying that it couldn't sync because I need to sign in. However, nothing happens when I click the sign in button. It keeps asking me for a password but doesn't give me a way to provide one. This happens
even when I open the notebook directly from One Drive (where I'm obviously already signed in or I couldn't open it)

Microphone not working.
In the last skype version my microphone was working fine, I updated to the windows 10 version today and now my microphone is working anymore. Ive selected my mic in the options. Also im using a blue sowball which is plugged into the pc through usb if that makes a difference.

Problema do ALT + TAB no Windows 10
Verificando na comunidade, percebi qual o problema do ALt+TAb que eles relatam e procuro solução para o mesmo problema, por isso o novo post.
Nas versões anteriores do Windows, ao utilizar alt+tab, eu consigo trocar rapidamente de uma janela para outra. Porém no windows 10 é necessário manter o alt pressionado e apertar tab 2 vezes para obter o mesmo efeito. Procurando nas configurações, não achei a possibilidade de alterar pressionando o tab apenas 1 vez.
Se existir um modo de alterar isso, ou caso seja necessário uma atualização, aguardo resposta.

When I get this error on steam you only need to logout of your account or shutdown your computer to regain access to the files works for me 98% of the time. If this doesn't work try running steam in administrator and hitting play game as fast as you can.

Microsoft License Verification Process Department
So I had a suspicious call from the 'Microsoft License Verification Process Department' at 954 376 4594.
When I called, they claimed to be Microsoft, and indicated that had access to all my license information. I asked them to email me details, they said they could send me a letter showing my purchases etc so I made up a customer number, that tied to a real company and they offered to email me all their license info and provided me with information on that company (probably information I should not have) . I'm not listed as a valid contact, no verification was asked and I'm waiting for the email.
When I explained where can I see this is a legitimate call from Microsoft, ie where this telephone number is listed the person said if I tried to call in I would get another department.
So either, this is a phishing attempt or a legitimate one and the customer service is really poorly trained at security.
How do I figure out the truth? Still no email however and its been an hour.
