Windows 10 version 1703 is so slow! I have installed version 1703, and my computer become slow, that was the main reason to uninstall updates. Is there same global problem?

International calling to a mobile phone
Hello, I need to make a international call from the US to a Norway mobile phone number and at the same time conference in a second person on a US mobile as well. I bought a $10 credit and added it to my account earlier today. Is there anything different in making this call from my Skype account which has always been used for domestic calls only?

I am trying to stop them from entering to much time.

Fehler 0x8007007A bei Windows Live Mail - Foto Email versenden
Hallo,
ich möchte unter Windows 10 weiterhin Windows Live Mail nutzen.
Beim Senden einer Foto E-Mail bekommt man den Fehler 0x8007007A.
Dies habe ich mit meinem GMX, Google und Microsoft-Mailaccount versucht.
Soweit ich das recherchieren konnte, wird WLM nicht mehr unterstützt und auch von anderen Emailanbietern mit neuen Mailprotokollen geblockt.
Gibt es noch eine Möglichkeit das Tool zu nutzen?

Endless loop at screen "Working on Updates 30%. Do not turn off PC..."
Updating from Build 16188 to 16199.
Successfully downloaded Build 16199, went though all the steps including Restarting and Configuring updates and then re-boot. Displayed blue screen with text "Working on Updatesnn%". System stopped at 30% and then rebooted. After reboot, blue screen displayed "Working on Updates 30%" momentarily and then system rebooted. It repeats these steps endlessly.
Is there any way to intervene with the process of "Working on Updates"? Is there some type of file that I can delete to stop this endless looping?

When adding topics with "Add Topic," identify and remove hashtag prefix
Current state: When I add a topic to a post with the "Add Topics" feature, I need to be careful just to type the name of the topic and not add a hashtag before it. If I type "news" in the box, it shows up as the topic "#news"; if I type "#news" in the box, it shows up as the topic "##news," which Yammer treats as a separate topic from #news.
Suggested future state: Notice that prefix hashtag and parse it correctly, such that I can type either "#news" or "news" in the "Add Topic" box and have both of them show up as "#news."

Não consigo instalar o 3d max 2016/2017 no meu windows 10, já fiz de tudo, alterei várias vezes o .NET, fiz atualizações no meu sistema e nada aconteceu e preciso muito usar esse programa, pois eu trabalho com ele.

Nelle universal app e nella barra di ricerca di cortana non viene rilevato l'input da tastiera. Lo stesso avviene con la tastiera touch e la tastiera virtuale (strumento di accessibilità). In qualsiasi altro programma che non sia universal app uwp (come
blocco note o Word 2016) l'inserimento da tastiera funziona correttamente. Ho formattato il pc e reinstallato Windows 10 (versione Pro, build 15063.332) ma i problemi persistono. Ho provato altre 3 tastiere (PS2 e USB) ma il problema persiste. Come posso risolvere
il problema?

Windows 7 Update Error 80072EFE
I have reloaded a fresh copy of Windows 7 SP1 on a Dell OptiPlex 390. The load of the OS went fine. I then ran Windows Update and after a bit, it showed 194 updates available. I selected the update button. After a short delay, it displayed that it was
downloading 187 updates. It downloaded and installed all 187 updates displaying that 7 had failed. I rebooted the PC and went back in to Windows Update. It showed 7 updates available. I again selected the update button. After a short delay the downloading
updates message appeared. After a few seconds the update screen was then displayed showing that all 7 had failed with error 80072EFE. I rebooted and tried it again, same result. I then Googled the error code and over time ended up trying almost all of the
suggestions listed to fix this error. Nothing worked. The updates continue to fail with the 80072EFE error. If a new update appears, it is downloaded and installed, but the original 7 fail. The updates that will not install are two .NET framework updates,
a security update, two general updates, the malicious software removal tool, and a definition update for defender. Should I just ignore these updates? I've done a number of OS reloads recently on similar hardware, this PC is the only one this has happened
on. I've updated the BIOS and all the drivers. Any ideas where to go next?

How to resolve "required applicability information"
When trying to add Windows 10 1703 (Any of 6 KBs) Dynamic Update I get the error “This update cannot be imported into Windows Server Update Services, because it does not have the required applicability information.” Of course following the "Learn more" link does not explain what that means or how to resolve it.
How do I resolve “the required applicability information” so I can add these KBs to the WSUS catalog?

Cannot open my outlook account with my computer
I am not able to access the mail.live.com nor the Microsoft outlook.live.com links. My antivirus (eset) sent me messages indicating that these sites cannot provide a secure connection.
Now, when I try to go to my Hotmail account, the message "did not accept your connection certificate or you did not provide it. Try to contact your system administrator".
My internet works and I have access to my e-mails (Hotmail) using my iPhone and iPad, but not my computer.
I contacted the Eset people and they say the problem is not on their end. I also noticed that other people were having the same problem.
Please, please, help. It's been 2 days now.

Problem med Tjänster
Jag använder Windows 7 Professional på en HP EliteBook 8560w Laptop. Mitt problem är att jag inte kan starta vissa tjänster. Jag kan inte starta ljudtjänsten och jag kan inte hitta något trådlöst nätverk. Kan inte ens aktivera ljud-systemikonen(den är
ljusgrå och oklickbar). Jag har kört en virusscanning och startat om datorn men har samma problem.
