如何安装NET.Framework?
我的电脑是win7系统的，之前有老师给我了NET.Framework3.5的下载链接，可是下载后，安装的时候对话框显示需要在“打开或关闭windows中安装”，在控制面板中设置后，重新安装还是显示需要在“打开或关闭windows中安装，请帮助解决一下，谢谢!
