系统升级到了最新还是不够安装microsoft
我的电脑是OS X el capitan，版本是10.11.6。苹果电脑，这已经是我能升级到的最新版本的系统了，但是无论我怎么尝试，Office的安装包都反复的提醒我它要10.12才可以安装，我现在属于有激活码，但是完全装不了我的产品。这怎么办？？
