请问，win10中如何配置禁止user用户使用我的本地网络链接。例如：我给我的孩子创建了user账户，我希望我的孩子登陆user账户后，系统自动禁用了所有网络链接，孩子就不可以使用internet或者任何局域网内的链接（例如局域网游戏warcraft 3）。当我下班回家后，我可以切换到admin账户，在我的admin账户中我的网络是完全正常的（包括我为admin账户设置的IP都正常行）。
