Mac 安裝 Office 2016 個人版，一直安裝不了！
請問我輸入了 Office 365 個人版授權金鑰後，按照指引步驟進到「安裝」頁面：按下「安裝」後，他就一直卡在安裝頁面，最久卡了 1 小時半，整個下午都在重新整理，重新安裝，但都沒反應。檢查電腦連線也正常，沒有任何防毒軟體（電腦新買的啥都還沒開始裝）。如上圖，就這樣卡住動也不動，重整頁面都沒用。請問該如何處理這個問題呢？感謝！
