Import to People App

I was lucky enough to create a.csv file and do an "import" into peoples App of my wife's contacts in our windows 10 Computer. Great but now the contacts list appears only when I type in outlook.com and click on Peoples app. I want the contacts to appear in her primary alias mail address not outlook.com. Can someone help me out here?
