I have read the threads dealing with this subject. A message has suddenly appeared on my computer telling me that this need to be installed. However, I cannot get past this. If I accept the installation, the computer just churns without anything happening - the rotating circle spins endlessly.
If I cancel the message it disappears from the screen but then when I click on any icon to use the computer the rotating circle appears and nothing happens. I am effectively prevented from using the computer for anything.
Any advice please?
