Hello,
A couple of months back we had upgraded our computer to the Microsoft Windows 10 version.
However we realized that some of our files saved on the desktop were missing, we did a complete
C: drive and the entire drive search but our files are nowhere to be found. There are many important files that are missing or are not in their original location ever since we have upgraded the software.
Please provide a method on how to retrieve our files from before the upgradation.
