Hello, I have been experiencing the same problem when I click an email address online or logging into Microsoft from my desktop.
step one: I enter the email address and password. It works, but no, I am asked again for more information. I re-enter my MS password, and it rejects it.
Could someone tell me what I'm supposed to do to get past the last hurdle? See the screenshot. It shows where I got stuck.Image may be NSFW.
