Good Morning
I have an office 365/2016 subscription with 5 additional licences and I have installed it on my main windows desktop pc and I am trying to install it on my mac book pro for when I am away from the house and can access my files on the move. However, when I try to install the files on my mac, I get an error message after clicking Install which takes me to a dead webpage, saying "Cannot connect to server" I have tried this on safari, chrome and firefox and get the error message every time.
I was wondering if anyone else has come across this problem when installing on a Mac and what you did to be finally able to install the files.
At first I thought the server might be down so I have tried numerous times over a number of days and always get the same problem, I cannot install office on my mac at all.
I need to be able to access it on my Mac, so any help would be greatly appreciated please.
