Hello, i am a little frustrated with windows 10 right now and am scared that i may loose all the files on my laptop. At first my laptops task bar continued to freeze after a recent windows update. I found a short term solution, but i wanted to fully solve the issue. Many sited stated to reset the laptop, which was what i decided to do. I chose the reset option that would save my "personal files" at first the reset was going well, but after it reached 43% it stopped. It has been at 43% for 6hrs now and still has not changed! I do not want to shut it off because it may destroy my personal files. Please help, i do not know what to do at this point. And please dont just refer me to another link, i have already read many threads that do not specifically help my situation!
