Issue with local windows password

Could anyone help with the following issue.

I got 'critical' windows 10 update from 1511 to 18xx for my Toshiba laptop.

After update I logged in with fingerprint reader and discovered that all networks drivers are corrupted. So I decided to roll-back to version 1511.

When roll back have been finished, I tried to log on with my windows password and got a message that password should be the same as it have been used for the last time.

I've reset Microsoft account password from another device, but Windows still don't allow to log in with new password and asked for 'local' windows password. Problem is that after roll-back my fingerprint reader doesn't work, so I can't use it.

The only option to log-in is 'USER' account that available without any password.

Is there any way how I can log-in to my admin account?
