Skype Classic will be killed by Microsoft in September 1, 2018 leaving our desire out of consideration.
It means, Skype 8, which is called by million users SUCKS version, will penetrate us in full leaving with no choice. Even Windows 7 is in not dying such fast like Skype.
Just imaging, you want to start immediately chat with friends, relatives or parents, but unexpectedly:
Skype program starts update without your decision; There are no stop “automatically update” any more in Skype Tools... For sure Skype team thinks it’s much more important than your personal conversation with parents.
After updates it will force you to login otherwise you can watch only icons on desktop and spend time to recall your username and password instead of having chat; Cool! Yep? Old people, who afraid of pressing any button on keyword, and who do not have anyone closed to their PC/station/ laptop right now, really appreciate that.
After successful login it will force you to close all pop-ups “update to Skype business/ community / version”, “We have new features and functionalities…”. For Skype team those things much more important than your personal stuff, especially when you do not have time and spent it already for Skype update.
And after submitted by mistake Update, you found that update to “business/community” version is SUCKS. All “challenging of Skype team” is not matching your expectation. Do you have ideas how to restore previous version? Forget! You even do not have options to uninstall this ****. And your mom is waiting somewhere in Europe…
But it still not the end, it will force you to learn how new features are cool and asking to send feedback how you like it. No comments…
And like a “spit in our face”, After passing all tortures above, you see unfamiliar Skype screen, page login, page “try….”, in a contact list you can read between the names your previous messages / chats: “Hey Mom, are you here?”, “Hi John, call me…”,” Somebody wants to...”. It means by decision Skype team the message” Somebody wants to...” is a name of person and it should be in contact list. Any logic of “this challenging” to print messages this way?
.. And what is it?! in contact list, between the messages, you found everyone from Skype and Microsoft account. Did I asked someone to load them?
Yee! This list can be continued, but I wish to stop on.. Skype became Sucks after purchasing by Microsoft.
