Outlook issues when starting up

Hi, 

I've been having issues with Outlook when I start it up.  It keeps telling me that it had an issue and needs to close.  I'm running on Windows 10.  When I hit the repair now button and try to restart, it does it again.  Any insights or work arounds would be greatly appreciated.
