Surface Pro 4 crashed. Lots of BODs. Then all of a sudden it went into BIOS/UEFI loop. Recovery USD disk made in accordance with all instructions. Get error "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made." Result, I can't use the device, nor can recover it. (If I get in recovery mode at all, since the BIOS loop also keep occurring). Google solutions all don't work. Obviously I can't turn off Bitlocker since all solutions proposed are assuming you get into Windows, wish I would get that far.
Probably needless to say that this is not the first issue I have with the device.
Help chat agent does not work either, there is a problem at our side, bla bla...
