Hi,
this is anoying issue where outlook main window can be maximized but when you try to reply or create a new one, the 'new children' window cannot maximize.
I already perform the 'repair' of Office but the issue persists, even on the 'safe mode'. Set the icon proprerties to always open as maximized cannot fix it.
