My surface pro 4 has problems with booting not plugged in. The problem is intermittent. It boots no problem plugged in. It will only boot from 75% battery plus, if the keyboard is unplugged. Will not boot if under 75% battery at all (all approx.). It goes to diagnostic mode and I run the troubleshoot for start up issues but it finds nothing. Only option is to restart. Then it wont boot again. I've run battery reports and all are fine. 190 cycles only. everything is up to date. Any help greatly appreciated as this is very frustrating :)
