Recently the machine in question downloaded and completed the update to take id to version 1803. Since then whenever a Windows Store App is started, there is a significant delay before the app starts running. Before the upgrade, apps like "Calculator" and "Photo" started as soon as they were clicked. I have tried several fixes already without success, I wanted to know if anyone has experienced the same thing and resolved the issue without having to either rollback the upgrade or re-install Windows. List of fixes already attempted:
- Reset Store Apps
- Re-install Apps
- Run Window Store Apps troubleshooter (keeps detecting the cache may be damages even after fix + running WSReset.exe)
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
