Windows 10 loads up to the time and date screen completely frozen, theres only one other icon on the screen and its the network icon ( usually there is a power button with this). Mouse and keyboard led lights have power but both are unresponsive. Some steps I did:
1. Ctrl Alt Delete, no response from computer.
2. Booted into safe mode with internet first, it got me to the password screen but froze up when entering the password.
3. Now im in normal safe mode and was able to login.
Now that im in safe mode, what steps can I take to try and fix this? Trying to avoid another clean install because ive had various other issues with other versions of windows 10 for months now.
