HTML Emails show up in Outlook 2016 as attachments

I have been using Microsoft Outlook 2016 for over a year.  Just recently most of my html emails started coming to my inbox as attachments.  I have included a screen shot for reference.   To read the email, I have to click the attachment when then opens a browser to read it in.  Any help in fixing this would be greatly appreciated.
