When I use the search bar in Windows 10, no results are returned though I know there are multiple such documents on the computer.
When I search Outlook 2016, no results are returned, though I know there are multiple such emails on outlook.
One hint as to the nature of the bug. When I search Outlook 2016 and have the results sorted by date, it returns no results. When I sort it by "to," it returns results.
All my software is up to date. Please do not ask me to reboot in safe mode or rebuild my index. Do not suggest that I do anything. I am a registered user and thus have paid for this software. Just fix your software so that it performs as promised. Do not put it on me.
