Missing Folders - Outlook on Mac

Hi

I have numerous folders in my inbox all of which have disappeared when using the Microsoft Outlook for Mac. However, they are all there when I open my email on my iphone. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and followed instructions to ensure I haven't inadvertently hidden any. 

Please help.
