Driver issues

My power went out while in mid use of computer and now it feels like im getting every stop code imaginable.

After the power came back, I relaunched my computer and tried running chrome to get an error code that it had stopped working shortly followed by BSOD saying ''page_fault_in_nonpaged_area". I run sfc /scannow which only gets about 30% through the scan when another BSOD saying 'IRQL_not_less_or_equal'. So now I run chkdsk c: /f /r and unplug all unnecessary usb ports, everything runs fine (spotify, chrome, discord) for about 15min until I try opening a game to be greated with another BSOD. This time 'Bad_pool_header' my computer is brand new and I have no previous restore points to roll back to. I make sure all my drivers are up to date and chkdsk d: /f /r. This time it gets hung up at 9% then BSOD 'System_thread_exception_not_handled - what failed: dxgmms2.sys'. I boot in safe mode and uninstalled the only driver indicating a problem and rerun sfc /scannow only to get 'IRQL_not_less_or_equal' again. I restart the computer and just let it sit at the desktop to see what happens and get another BSOD saying 'bad_pool_caller'.

I have given up hope on fixing this myself.
