custom numbering

Hi!

I need to create a numbering of the type "Annex X" where "X" is the letter of the Cyrillic alphabet.In this text, I need to use links like "X".Standard tools for tables and figures are not suitable because of linguistic features.

I do this:

Annex {SEQ annex\r 192\h}{SET an_A  "{ SYMBOL {SEQ annex\c } }”}{ SYMBOL  {SEQ annex\c }}

But the created bookmark an_A is displayed empty when inserted into the text, and in the table of contents instead of the letter "X" the number is displayed "####".Where am I wrong and how can I fix it?
