SharePoint 2013 - Colour coding and workflows

Hello All,

I have a tracker where people should report when was the last time they logged in into their account. From the day the log in, they have 30 days to log in again, otherwise their account will expire.

The idea is for them to receive an email 7 days before the account expires.

So I have 3 columns right now:

1. One where they put the date they log in
2. One that calculates when it will expire (=[Last login]+30)
3. One that calculates the -7 days alert (=Expiring-7)

So far all good, but I'm having issues with the workflow.

We added a colour coding to this tracker. It means that when they still have more than 15 days to renew the account, a column will be displayed in green. For less than 15 days, it's displayed in yellow and for less than 7 days in red.

I have so far 1 workflow x condition.

Do you see anything wrong in here? Do you have any suggestions?


I'm using SP 2013 with 2010 SDP workflows.
