Initiating Skype call and sending invitation (telephonenumber and Call ID) to customer no issue.
When customer tries to log in on laptop using Skype for business using call ID there is no issue.
When customer tries to join the meeting using his cell phone, he dials, in this case, our Company Skype number and tries to insert the call ID. This doesn’t work, because there is an infinite loop: “Dial 1 for Dutch, Dial 2 for English”.
Even when making a choice for Dutch or English lets him stay in the loop.
When I am dialing, or other colleagues, using our company cell phones, we don’t get the option for “Dial 1 for Dutch, Dial 2 for English” and can insert the Call ID and join the meeting.
