I have had this trouble before and after I reset it worked for a short while then stopped. Now if I go to reset it deletes the skype button and I have to reload. When is this problem going to be sorted once and for all. It is most annoying that people
have to send a text message to my mobile when they wish to contact me, otherwise I have to sit in front of the computer.
