Skype Idle time settings to make Active icon visible .

HI Team , 

Earlier we used to set the time after which our status for the skype became inactive(Yellow Icon ) . How can i set up that time as that option is not visible in the latest version of the skype . I want to set the time so that i can be seen as Active for some time ( At least 20 Mins ).
