How to print word document showing Word Fill ins?

Hi

Hoping someone can tell me how to print a document that has Fill ins?  I know Alt+F9 will display them and let me edit but I would like to print the document so I can look at it more clearly?  Or is there a way that I can just print the Fill ins that relate to one particular template?
