I have been saving by Bing points for many months in order to redeem the 12 months xbox live gold for 23,000 and i finally reached that goal. When I went to redeem it, the cost of the 12 months went up to 29,000 and it was still 23,000 just yesterday. I opened a ticket to see if you can please honor the 23,000 so I can purchase it.
