So basically my friend got a COMMUNICATIONS BAN FOR SAYING THE WORD "HECK" and got the comm ban for 2 whole weeks! And then when he tried to file a case report it didn't work cause of a cool down and he tried again today and because of stupid technical errors on this stupid xbox website it made him go back in and because of that he has to wait AGAIN!!!
