My old Windows XP computers used to do this, but it hasn't occurred on my last two Windows 8/10 laptops. Now I have a new one, and it's baaaack. When I start to highlight pictures to copy, I don't get past 4 before it goes crazy copying then to the "from" location, which in this case is the DCIM folder on my Samsung Galaxy S6. I have 23 photos I want to copy, then paste into a folder on my computer. I have to do it 4 at a time, and even then, there are multiple copies in the phone DCIM folder to delete. Now I want to rename them in the computer folder, and again I can't highlight more than 4 before it goes crazy copying them. If I can highlight them all at once, then I can use the rename function to pick a name, and it will rename each picture in number sequence. When I go to copy the renamed ones to backup drives, it will do it again. What causes this?
Thanks, Jan T.
