Why does Microsoft not fix its products or should we just continue to expect that Microsoft could care less if its customers had good working software?

Can someone please tell me what Microsoft is good for?

Microsoft obviously does not ever deliver a good working product anymore.

I do not need a pin to sign in but want to do it with apassword.

As much to my despair nomatter what I try to do, Microsoft gives no solutions that will fix this.

I have tried a lot of different solutions online and found in Microsoft’s community.

What I really began to notice, customers of Microsoft been having thos problem since 2015!

That was three years ago and in all that time has Microsoft done anything to fix this issue?

This really begins to run into the same issues as the theodicy of God-either Microsoft is unable to fix this problem or unwilling to do so. Maybe I should buy one issue of stock from Microsoft and go to their quarterly or yearly business meetings and ask why they make software and programs that does not work very well. I keep hearing people say that maybe they will fix this problem in the next update. I ask, what other kind of fouled up problems are we going to experience in the next updates? How many updates does it take for Microsoft to fix a problem when this same problem was happening three years ago.

Perhaps Microsoft wants every one to use a pin number no matter what you think. Perhaps Microsoft figured another money making scheme and it starts with everyone using a pin instead f a password. Could it be that using a pin instead of a password is a back door for hackers or some malicious malware that takes possession of your computer and will not be released unless you pay them money?
