I am running Office 10. I have used this same Publisher file in prior years and made changes for a postcard for 2016. The file looks and prints awesome from my computer. However, when I email it to my client to print (or my husband or her office assistant) - the file is cutting off text in many of the text boxes.
I had my husband re-save the file and send back to me and it still looked good on my end - even though the file he was looking at on his end was cut off. I tried emailing myself the file and opening on my laptop (a different computer than where I created the document)... and it looked great on my lap top too.
My husband edited the file I emailed him so the text wasn't cut out of the text boxes and he emailed it back to me... when I open the file it looks like there is a bunch of extra room at the bottom of all the text boxes.
Any idea what could possibly be happening?? (The box that tells Publisher to save settings with publication is checked.)
