Hi,

I have windows 8.1 with latest updates installed in a new computer. Lately i have been getting errors in Event Viewer, mostly related to Explorer.exe. When that happens desktop background flashes for a second and dell audio icon in system tray disappear. When i checked in Event viewer i found the errors i'll post down here.

I tried the SFC scan it gave me Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

I tried "chkdsk" it gave me no error. I scanned my computer using Norton antivirus, everything came clean

I would appreciate if someone can help me fix this problem. Thanks in advance.
