I'm at my wits end with this issue, and am hoping SOMEONE has an answer to what is going on...
I work for a small university on their Help Desk, and a couple of weeks ago, a staff member from our Marketing Department called stating OneDrive had "vanished" from her desktop. Another technician got the icon back, but now, whenever she goes in and tries to double-click on a specific folder to open it, all it does is drop into her Downloads folder as a downloaded item. When she double-clicks on it, it opens with page after page of unintelligable ascii characters and other non-sensical information.
If I try the same thing on my Mac, it works fine. I cannot figure out how to get the folder to open (instead of download). She did state that she goes through onedrive.com, instead of the specific path we use at the college.
Has anyone seen this before? Even just some preliminary information would be immensely helpful, as I cannot find anything related to it on Google, and don't know enough (yet) about OneDrive to even know where to begin in troubleshooting it.
