Hello. I am asking of your assistance on a certain problem I am encountering. What happens is that my iPhone 5C cannot connect to my Windows 10 laptop (Inspiron M5010) because it is "not supported." At first, it said "Connected" on both my phone and PC, but there was no window popping up asking for using the device as an audio player or a mouse (it would do that if the connection was successful). Because of this, I refreshed the connection on my iPhone, and it showed "[Laptop] is not supported." On my computer, it had a loading bar, but no progress or movement. It worked many time in the past, but now it's just not connecting anymore. Are you able to help me with this problem? Thanks in advance.
